Terms
Invoicing will be done when the project is completed to both the satisfaction of the client and the VIRTUssist team*. If a retainer client, invoicing will be done the first of every month. Time on task is billed in quarter-hour increments and out-of-pocket expenses are billed without markup. Terms are net 30. Payment may be made by credit card, business check, money order or cashier's check. Payments not received by the due date will result in a late fee of $10.00 or 1.75% (whichever is greater) for each billing cycle.
We understand that not all months are equally busy, and we'd like to avoid the "use it or lose it" scenario as much as possible. So, as a courtesy on ongoing monthly commitments, 30% of the allotted hours can roll over to the following month. (EX: if you normally contract for 10 hours/month, we will allow you to roll over 3 of them to the next month.)
*Clients are responsible for final inspection of all work.
